• Lead the preparation of the organization’s financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, management financial reports, and regulatory reports.
• Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company as the head of a dedicated finance team.
• Coordinate BU activities, plan and facilitate BU meetings, and ensure all financial requirements are met.
• Analyze pricing and BU profitability and driving continuous improvement in cost and profit margins.
• Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting principles (IFRS & statutory) and implementation of internal control processes.
• Take responsibility for governance and compliance within the BU, collaborating closely with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, auditors, and legal and tax advisors.
• Conduct due diligence assessments for strategic investments, restructuring, and acquisitions, and monitor the financial performance of these projects.

Interfaces and Stakeholders:

• Collaborate closely with the BU President and the management team.
• Interface with various departments including sales, operations, procurement, BA IT, and external customers.
• Work closely with the finance department of the Business Area and engage with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
